Over the last 8 years at FitBody Milton Keynes we have found a system or a “method” that produces AMAZING RESULTS WITH A SUCCESS RATE OF OVER 95% !!!!

“THE PROBLEM”

Most transformational programs are doomed to fail because they focus on only a few things normally the training and/or a restrictive sometimes gimmicky diet that’s boring, hard to follow and only ever designed to be a quick fix.

People then have the following expericene…..

Excitement  — > Initial Weight Loss —> Plateau —> Frustration —> Lowered Motivation/Willpower —>

Weight gain—> Quit/Look For Something New (Cycle Repeats)

Eventually after a few cycles of the above people start looking for another way. Often seeking out a Personal Trainer for help.

Most PT’s are great but for a good trainer the average cost is £30-£45 per session and for this to be worthwhile you would need at least 3 sessions per week. This can easily add up to £400 plus per month!

I’ve started on the 6 week challenge in September 2018 and honestly I’ve not looked back. I needed something that pushed me because I just couldn’t seem to shift the weight! Since starting I’ve lost 21lbs of fat and totally changed my mindset on weight, focussing on fat loss and gaining muscle. Everyone is welcoming and supportive and the trainers really push me. My fitness has improved and I really enjoy bootcamp, even in the 6am classes. Every session is different so you don’t get bored like at the gym. Highly recommend!
